      One of Australia’s most influential and experienced television executives, David Gyngell was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Nine Network Australia in September 2007.
      The appointment marked his return to the Nine Network from the United States, where he had been CEO of television production and distribution company Granada. Before moving to the US, he was the Nine Network’s CEO from May 2004 to May 2005 and prior to that he was Nine’s Deputy Chief Executive Officer – a role he held from August 2002.
      At the Nine Network, David presided over the creation of one of Australia’s highest rating programs ever, The Block, and also negotiated major sporting rights for the network.
      He has also worked as Executive Director, Group Marketing and Communications for Publishing & Broadcasting Limited.
      Before moving into television, David was Director of Corporate Management at International Management Group (IMG) and Transworld Media International.
      David has also held several directorships in a range of high profile companies.

      Simon Kelly was appointed Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Nine Entertainment Co, in April 2012. Simon was formerly Chief Executive Officer of the DealsDirect Group which operates a number of Australia's premier online retail businesses.  Prior to this he was Chief Financial Officer, Company Secretary and Board Director of ASX listed Aristocrat Leisure Limited and he also held a number of senior executive roles including Chief Financial Officer – Consumer, Group Chief Information Officer and General Manager – International at ASX listed Goodman Fielder Limited. 
      Simon spent 10 years with PwC in Sydney and London.
      Simon is Chairman and Independent Non-Executive Director of Intrepica Pty Limited, an emerging online business which operates an e-learning platform, “Literacy Planet” aimed at K-12 students.   He is also an Independent Non-Executive of Clarius Group, a publicly listed company specialising in recruitment, contracting and staffing services across the Asia Pacific region.
      He holds a Bachelor of Arts (First Class, Honours), is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales, member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

      Jeffrey Browne was appointed Managing Director Nine Network of Australia in November 2010 with responsibility for the Network and also the Nine Entertainment Co businesses in Melbourne – Nine Network, ACP, Ticketek and NineMSN. Jeffrey commenced with Nine in 2005 as Executive Director and in 2007 he took on the additional responsibility of GTV9, becoming Managing Director of the Melbourne operations. Jeffrey had a long and successful career as a commercial and media lawyer before entering television in his full time role. He is also a non-Executive Director of Carsales.com.au.

      Amanda Laing was appointed General Counsel of Nine Entertainment Co. in October 2006, with responsibility for the legal affairs of ACP Magazines, the Nine Network Australia and Nine Entertainment Co. group subsidiaries.
      Amanda joined ACP Magazines as Corporate Counsel in 1999. In 2003 she was promoted to the role of General Counsel of ACP Magazines with responsibility for legal matters relating to ACP Magazines group businesses in Australia, New Zealand, South East Asia and the UK.
      Prior to joining ACP Magazines, Amanda was a Senior Associate with law firm Corrs Chambers Westgarth.

      As Group Sales and Marketing Director, Peter is responsible for the overall revenue performance of Nine Entertainment Co.
      Peter commenced his media career with Media Sales Network in Adelaide in 1989 where he held a variety of sales roles, before eventually accepting the position of Group Sales Manager with Network Ten in Melbourne, in 1996.
      By 2001 Peter had joined Southern Cross Broadcasting as National Sales Director, going on to lead a highly successful sales force that would grow to over 350 staff, across 40 locations Australia wide. Within a two year period Peter delivered significant revenue growth well ahead of the market. In this extraordinarily diverse role, Peter held responsibility for revenues across assets that spanned metropolitan radio, metropolitan and regional television and other related businesses. His reputation and passion for television and media was firmly established.
      In 2006 Peter joined the Nine Network as Network Sales Director, relocating to Sydney. The role was expanded in 2008 to Director of Sales and Marketing, adding responsibility for brand and digital strategy, social media and portal management, consumer, trade and community marketing.
      Proud of the networks significant achievements and journey that has lead to a resurgence of Nine, along with the creation of Australia’s most successful new channel, GO!, complimented by GEM, Peter continues to blend his passion for media.
      Peter was recently appointed Group Sales and Marketing Director, Nine Entertainment Co.
